Pre-order rules:
- To place a pre-order you pay EUR 1 per item in reservation costs. As soon as the allocation or the prices of a set are known, we will not charge reservation costs, but the full amount.
- The amount paid for your pre-order will be deducted from the final sales price.
- Unclaimed pre-orders will not be refunded.
- As soon as the allocation is known, we will send you a payment link/request to pay for your pre-order in full.
- If your pre-order cannot be delivered, we will cancel your pre-order and refund your reservation costs free of charge.
- Starter sets, playmats, sleeves and deck boxes are usually made in two variants. When ordering the pre-order, we assume that you will purchase both (all) variants. If you do not want this, please contact us.
- If Disney/Ravensburger comes out with a new product, we will offer it for pre-order as soon as it is available.
Useful to know:
- We are often cheaper than most (online) stores.
- Within NL & BE Free shipping on orders over EUR 75. Rest of EU FREE shipping on orders over EUR 250.
- Be smart. Wait two weeks and you will get the products much cheaper.
